Church Health Survey

At Grace City, we believe that healthy things grow, and growing things need regular care and evaluation. Just like a garden requires pruning and attention to thrive, the church must also pause to reflect on how we are doing in living out our mission. This Church Health Survey, developed by Every Nation, gives us the opportunity to step back and prayerfully consider how effectively we are serving God, one another, and our city.
