Join us for our first ever Cookies and Carols outreach event!
Have you been wondering how reaching your family and friends is supposed to look like in the COVID world where we have to keep distance? Well we have created this event with this in mind.
On Saturday, December 19th, at 3:30 PM, you and your family can join us for a time of cookie decorating and carol singing. But here’s the deal. We want this event to serve as an outreach event that gets your unchurched family friends in a more casual, fun environment. So you won’t see us blasting this event to the public because we want to empower you to invite your family friends! We will be decorating cookies, singing some Christmas carols, and will have a short message about Christmas to conclude the event.
Each family that attends will get placed at their own table, and we will strategically place family friends closer to one another so that you can still talk and interact throughout the event.
Here’s what you need to do.
Register for the event at the link below.
Download the invitation image and send it to 2-3 families that are unchurched.
Help them get registered for the event through the registration link below.
COVID-19 NOTES:
Masks will be required and enforced at this event for anyone 5yrs of age and older. Tables will be placed six feet from one another, with each registered family receiving their own table. Registration is required so that we can prepare for the right number of folks. Registration will close on December 16th. If we exceed our allowed capacity for our building, we will open up a second event that will take place earlier in the afternoon.
