  • Role Title: Campus Intern

    Role Description:

    The ENC Campus Internship Position is designed to provide the intern with an introduction to some of the roles and responsibilities required for full-time campus ministers with Every Nation Campus, Grace City Church’s campus ministry. He/she will take an active leadership role with ENC at a local university and provide input, strategy, and vision for the organization. The intern will gain competency in applying the “4 E’s” (Engage, Establish, Equip, and Empower) toward making disciples. In addition to responsibilities with ENC, the intern will be exposed to many of the day-to-day functions at Grace City Church. Although the intern is certainly not required to enter vocational ministry upon completion of the internship, the internship is designed for those who are at least considering the possibility of vocational ministry in the future.

    ENC Vision:

    ENC Mission:

    Every Nation Campus engages the lost and disconnected to share Jesus and connect them to Christian community. We establish people in the foundations of the faith and community. We equip disciples of Jesus with tools and skills to follow Jesus. Finally, we empower believers to participate in God’s mission.

    Time Commitment:

    10-15 hours per week for the 2024-25 academic school year.

    Expectations:

    Attend a weekly ENC Intern Meeting

    Attend and serve at all major ENC sponsored events

    Serve at two services per month in your partnered, church area

    Meet with ENC Director for a monthly check-in

    Meet weekly or bi-weekly for a discipleship meeting with a mentor

    Complete 2 hours of God Testing weekly (Not Including Tabling)

    Maintain the 12/3 discipleship principle with students in our ministry (12 general relationships / 3 closer ones)

    Actively working towards 1-2 pre-determined ministry goals

    Participate in GCU course (One night per week)

    Required attending Grace City Church all-staff meeting once/month

    Perform all other duties as assigned by ENC Staff or Director, including but not limited to providing input for events and conferences, special projects, et cetera

    Qualifications:

    Has completed the GC 101 course

    Consistently participates in Grace City community rhythms (Sundays, small groups, social events, special events, etc.)

    Demonstrates competency in making disciples by: 1) using The God Test for relational evangelism, 2) developing Christian student leaders through small groups, and 3) directing students toward Grace City events, courses, and materials such as GC 101.

    Excellent organizational and communication skills

    Demonstrates strong Christian character (according to Galatians 5:16-25), a growing, vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ, and a love for college students

  • Role Title: Church Intern

    Supervisor(s): Chris Zauner, Lead Pastor & Specific Ministry Department Leader

    Role Description:

    The Church Internship Position is designed to provide the intern with an introduction to some of the roles and responsibilities required for full-time campus ministers with Grace City Church. He/she will take an active leadership role within a ministry department in our church and provide input, strategy, and vision for the organization. The intern will gain competency in applying the “4 E’s” (Engage, Establish, Equip, and Empower) toward making disciples. Although the intern is certainly not required to enter vocational ministry upon completion of the internship, the internship is designed for those who are at least considering the possibility of vocational ministry in the future.

    Creative (Photo / Video / Social)

    High School Ministry

    Production (A/V / Tech / Sound)

    Music

    Kid City

    Youth

    High School

    Office / Administration
