How to Make Excellence an Offering of Worship
Excellence is one of the quietest offerings we ever place before God. It rarely announces itself. It doesn’t chase applause or depend on being noticed. Often it’s found in the ordinary—the workbench, the classroom, the kitchen sink, the tractor cab, the inbox. Yet scripture shows us that work is not separate from worship. It is one of the most sacred places we honor God.
From the beginning, God gave humanity meaningful work. Before sin fractured the world, work was already woven into our purpose. We create, build, repair, teach, design, and solve problems because we bear the image of a creative God. Work was never a curse; the distortion came later. The calling remained.
